RETURNS POLICY

Refunds:

Refund requests must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.  Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of refund request. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.  If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.  Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of the exchange request. Once the exchange is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the exchange.  If the exchange is approved, the item will be replaced and shipped at the expense of TIG to the customer.

Defective Items:

If an item is defective, notification of defect must be received within 30 days of receiving the item.  A call tag will be emailed to the customer to send the item back.  The items must be shipped back to TIG within 14 days of receiving the call tag.  Once the item is received, it will be inspected.  If the return is approved, the customer can choose to receive a refund issued back to the original method of payment or the item can be replaced and shipped at the expense of TIG to the customer.

Non-returnable items:

All campaign items, sale items, jewelry and accessories are non-returnable.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item for a refund or an exchange.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds:

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If it has been several days since a refund was issued, and you have already contacted your bank or credit card company and the refund is not showing, please contact us at support@trustingod.com
